Nonconfidence refers to a lack of trust, faith, or support in a person or group.
Constitutional Amendment – Provides for the removal from office of the President of the United States upon the adoption of a Resolution of No Confidence by the Congress.
Whatever it takes: Trump and MAGA should be eliminated from American government as soon as possible. The USA cannot survive the completion of Trumps term with him running it.
The Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet (or another body Congress designates) can declare a President unable to perform their duties under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment, immediately making the VP Acting President. If the President contests this, Congress decides, requiring a two-thirds vote in both chambers to keep the VP as Acting President; otherwise, the President resumes power.
