There should be due cause or a warrant required to enter someone’s home or business. Due cause being danger for a resident of the home, fire, domestic fight, etc. If such is not needed by ICE, then it is not needed by the police, burglar, kidnapper, terrorist, thief, or anyone in the area who is not living there. ICE should not have capabilities that other officials and non-officials have.
A memo giving ICE rights should not be enough. Congress should pass a law giving them such a right, which I hope they will not do.
ICE is behaving as a terrorist group, a kidnapper, and other criminals.
