DISEASES: Gerd is from Liver Operation. 3rd stage of Kidney Disease is from the medications I take. Liver Transplant was from genes [Alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency] I inherited from both parents. Normal life span is 10-15 years, and I have been alive 20 years so far. Thyroid Disease [hypothyroidism – Hashimoto’s disease] from birth. Diabetes is from the medications I take. Magnesium deficiency has been since the 80’s.
================
FOODS TO AVOID: Allergies to Eggs [sleepiness], pork products [nausea and general not feeling well], cow’s milk [affects Thyroid medication and severely affects my sinuses and body’s temperature control], shellfish [lobster, crabs, shrimp, oysters] are too rich for me since I got old [nausea and general not feeling well], kidney beans [throw up] and corn [indigestible] since the 1970’s, tuna fish since 2022 [nausea and general not feeling well], caffeine and alcohol interfere with medications effectiveness and mayonnaise only in limited infrequent amounts [nausea and general not feeling well].
Carbonation of drinks hurts my throat and causes extreme gas problems.
Additional Problems not food-related:
Arthritis from neck injuries as a child in 2 spots, Arthritis in both arms from long term use of walker and walking canes, cement in my spine due to a spine vertebrae breakage from a fall [often back does not want to straighten up when I try to stand requiring retry and walker to help me to stand], abdominal hernia, hiatal chest/stomach hernia from liver transplant, rod and pins in my right femur bone due to auto accident [often right leg does not unbend or bend and requires retry after pulling leg/hip into alignment], both knees need knee replacements, both hip sockets need bone replacements, consequences of a fall affecting both hands and fingers [Arthritis in both] which impairs grasping and usage of hands and fingers, and bladder control problems, probably a kidney cause.
I have reduced hearing, especially in my right ear, [from Thyroid disease and age], with decreased eyesight [from age and Thyroid disease], with significant sinus problems [from Thyroid disease], and often brain fog [from Thyroid disease]. Brain Fog is mostly caused by Thyroid issues, lack of sleep, and diet. Thyroid and diabetes cause tingling and numbness in knuckles and fingers to the point I cannot use fingers, even move a mouse, or type. Rubbing and warmth help a bit. The thyroid is causing intensely itchy, thickened skin patches around my ankles as well as on my back from mid point to the base of my spine. It is causing my legs to have muscle weakness, pain, stiffness, and cramps. I feel very cold even when it is 70 or 80 degrees. I have a decreased taste and smell, and have had all my life.
Vertigo [changing levels quickly] causes dizziness, nausea, and the feeling as if I am going to pass out. Being upside down [like diving or tumbling] and quick bending over makes me very ill. Born with vertigo and suffered from it even as a small child.
Sun avoidance required due to liver transplant medications creates more risk of skin cancer.
In the 90s, I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in my wrists [mostly right wrist] by the same doctor who diagnosed my advanced liver disease [that in 2006 received a liver transplant].
Sinus and breathing problems from grass pollen, tree pollen, second-hand smoke, some air fresheners [not Fabreeze], strong perfumes, hair spray, aftershaves, etc. – when in the air after they settle to the ground, no problem, strong smells like supermarket aisles with candles, cleaning products, etc.
Motion Sickness causes me problems. Car causes nausea [need windows open], and airplane travel causes extreme sickness with nausea and throwing up. I have had motion sickness since a small child.
Easily exhausted caused by Thyroid medication and disease, as well as extreme weight.
New as of 2026, right shoulder rotator cuff injury [when doing repetitive motion]. It is very painful and makes me stop whatever I am doing to put heat and vibration on it as well as take pain medicine.
Right foot big toe [joint] severely hurt. It is much better now, but I have to wrap it in tape and wear diabetic slippers/shoes. My whole foot and ankle swelled up and it took 3 weeks for the swelling to go down. Apparently, my big toe joint spread out of its location and hurt all the other toe joints in doing so as well as the arch, ankle, and all the foot. Now my left big toe is threatening to slide out of its correct joint location. So both feet are being wrapped in ace bandages and secured.
Allergies on my body: Allergic to hairspray on my hair/scalp, hair additives, permanent waves, makeup, some perfumes, some fabrics [100% polyester, but OK if mostly cotton with some polyester, spandex, elastic], some soaps, some fabric softeners, some plant saps [hands and fingers blister], and laundry detergents. Also, allergic to spider bites, flea bites, and plant sap [no weed pulling without waterproof gloves].
Allergies to Medication and Medical Treatments: Aspirin and Tylenol conflict with other medications I take [as per Rochester Hospital for liver transplant]. Allergic to Morphine and its derivatives since the early 1980s and glue on bandages [Both discovered during various operations and treatments.].
Removals through life: Appendix [7 yrs old], tonsils [early teens], and gallbladder [2000 appx].
Current Treatment regarding Food and how I take my medications: Currently, I have changed my diet [including an AVOID list], and when I take medications, in conjunction with what foods I can eat before/after them. I changed when I take medications, grouping some with food and some with an hour before and 2 hours after food. I feel much better, but still have the problems above. At least nausea and weakness are a lot less, and sinus is more under control.
Focus and discipline: Easily distracted, forgetful, need more self discipline. This can be caused by lack of sleep, medications, age, etc. Currently, I am treating this with written notes, check lists, diet changes, tracking sleep, hobbies, and more. I am experiencing instances of verbal confusion and disorientation as well as by the time I get somewhere, I forget why I went there. I currently feel that I am in a fight against dementia due to age and handicap as well as medications.

Why ALL this? I had all my bottom teeth pulled, ate a lot of ice cream, yogurt, pudding, creamed soups and cheese, as my throat and gums were sore. My sinus caused me a lot of problems. I was sick, nauseous, and weak. I felt like I had the flu with my sinus when I did not have the flu. —– Thus, I went online and used Google AI to check out my sinuses, and ended up researching thyroid disease. Come to find out, thyroid can cause a lot of problems and is not as simple as taking a small pill. Also, I found out by trial-and-error that cows’ milk was making me ill. I checked with family members and found out they also have/had problems with cows’ milk and derivative products.
Thyroid medicine has rules other than taking it on an empty stomach. Caffeine and Calcium as well as peanuts and walnuts, can affect its absorption. I found out that all of these have to, be 4 hours before and 4 hours after taking thyroid medication. [That is, even if you are not allergic to cows’ milk.] Thyroid medication has to be taken 30 min. to 60 min. [preferrable 60 minutes] before and after a meal.
Swollen feet and ankles 8/27/2026 — I have not seen doctor yet as it just happened. Probably heart, too much sitting, or too much salt.
Swollen feet and ankles (edema) are usually caused by a buildup of fluid in the lower tissues due to gravity, standing too long, or minor injuries.
[1, 2]
Common Temporary Causes
- Standing or sitting too long: Staying in one position slows down blood flow.
- High salt intake: Eating salty foods causes your body to hold onto extra water.
- Hot weather: Blood vessels expand in the heat, which allows fluid to leak into nearby tissues.
- Pregnancy: Extra body fluid and pressure from the baby can slow down circulation.
- Injury: Sprains, strains, or broken bones prompt the body to send extra fluid to heal the area. [1, 2]
- Chronic venous insufficiency: Weak valves in your leg veins struggle to push blood back up to your heart.
- Heart failure: A weak heart fails to pump blood effectively, causing fluid to back up in your legs.
- Kidney or liver disease: Damaged organs fail to filter or process extra fluid and salt properly.
- Lymphedema: Lymph fluid blocks or builds up in the tissues because it cannot drain right.
- Blood clots (DVT): A blood clot in a leg vein blocks blood flow, usually causing swelling in only one leg.
- Medication side effects: Certain blood pressure drugs, steroids, or hormone therapies can trigger swelling.
I am glad I am elderly and don’t have to work under all this.
I am in a race to see which thing kills me first.
When I die or go in the Rapture, these conditions will be gone forever. I look forward to receiving my Glorified Body.
