My Opinion: Sometimes landlords make requirements or concepts and are snotty in their remarks.

Meaning of: “If you don’t like it move.”

Such a statement is:
1. inappropriate
2. immature
3. stupid
4. shows poor cognitive and evaluation skills
5. being a bully
6. worthless [Any new landlord group would be the same anyway so it would be a waste of time, etc.  This means it is a waist of time, energy, strength, and in vain to do so.]

It is a poor cognitive and evaluation to expect someone to move when an unreasonable situation occurs.  Just because something is unpleasant or not acceptable, other things may exist that are more important.  Also, it is costly in money, time, energy, and strength to move. Often landlords forget they are renting a product [a living space] for a price and a tenant has the right to the living space for the purpose it is meant to be used.  It is fraud to try to rent a location and then not provide the product agreed upon before renting such.
