When a bully or bad person threatens something if you do not do something they want you to do, they have already decided to do it and eventually will do it. If you comply with a bully or bad person who threatens you to get you to do something, they will get you to comply with that and threaten you again for the next thing they want you to do. On and on it will go until there comes a time they will just do what they have threatened in the first place because they actually want to to it from the start. You cannot appease a bully, terrorist, or other bad person who threatens to get what they want. Also, eventually whether you want to appease them, there comes a time when you cannot do so as they just push too far.
A bad person, terrorist, or bully cannot be a friend, then an enemy, and then a friend. As they say a “snake” is a snake and they will act as such because that is their nature. Putin is a terrorist and bully. His governing style is mistreatment of his own people and soldiers.
Russia keeps blaming others for a potential World War III, but Russia is solely to blame if there is a World War III over the Ukraine events. Russia should NOT have invaded the Ukraine and does NOT have the right to tell anyone to do anything especially regarding joining NATO, arming the Ukraine, or anything else. Russia alone decided to invade the Ukraine to steel its land, people, and resources.
I hope “History” records the Ukraine/Russia invasion as Russia’s fault even if there are no people left on Earth. Someone should record the events on gold tablets and preserve them somehow. As far as I can see Russia is the only one threatening Nukes use in any form.
Russia is at fault for the Ukraine War and all related events, past, present, and future and even the daisy chained ones to come.
The USA and the World in general should be in support of the Ukraine. The World in relation to Russia reminds me of Wilson dealing with Hitler. His compromises and tip toe around Hitler did no good and war was the end result anyway. If Russia is threatening enhanced war or extended war, then he has already decided to do so and just wants to blame others instead of himself. He will do it eventually.
Although Biden has not gotten through all of his polices he is trying to get passed, at least he is trying. Although I do not consider myself a Democrat, I would like to thank him for trying, acting Presidential, calm, stable, mature, grown up, and as a sane human being.
Whether you are democratic, independent, republican, or some other group, you should have the right to vote if you are a citizen of the USA [born or naturalized]. You should have the right to be heard and considered, but not in violence, extreme aggressiveness, threats, or destruction.
The USA should improve regarding voting, not regress or continue to do those things of the past where protests are too aggressive, violent, or destructive.
Democratic, independent, republican, and other groups should be active in getting ALL groups out to vote in our next elections either local, mid-term, or Federal elections!
Let us ALL get out to vote [or mail-in] for all our upcoming elections and help others to do the same. Let us have some sane, calm, and stable people running our country whether they are democratic, republican, or some other group. The right or left of any party should not be in control of our country, but do deserve to be heard and considered.
9/11 was worse in death and destruction both at the time and long-term afterwards [health-wise], but it was an attack from outside sources. Jan 6 was an attach from our own people on our government. Most countries who are destroyed through history are destroyed from within. Jan 6 was much worse for our country than 9/11. 9/11 we came together, Jan 6 we were pulled in two. We are now conceptually and potentially physically in a civil war which was enhanced by Jan 6 and long-term internal concepts and actions.

If Trump were to be removed from the head of the GOP and leading Americans who follow him, there would still be Trumpians and Trump Wantabes who would STILL have the same behavior, concepts, and aggression. The result of their actions would still be the same destruction and danger to democracy as we know it.
This fact does not remove responsibility from Trump for his actions and creation/pushing of lies which enhance the aggression of his followers.
U.S. Government: While often categorized as a democracy, the United States is more accurately defined as a constitutional federal republic. What does this mean? “Constitutional” refers to the fact that government in the United States is based on a Constitution which is the supreme law of the United States.

Fascism is a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition.
I don’t think that the people backing Trump or the Radicals [not Conservatives] realize what government they will have or their life style that will be reality if they follow through with electing Trump or some other Trumpian Wannabe. They will no longer be in a Democracy or Republic, but in a Fascist country run by radicals who are supporting white supremacist groups and out-of-control extremists. No one, including those who voted for it, will have any rights.
Although there are some Conservatives in the Republican Party, they are not the ones leading the Republican Party or its actions. There is a huge difference between Conservative and Right Wing Radicals. The Republican Party in 2022 is mostly Right Wing Radical leaning toward Fascist. The Republican Party is behind a current CIVIL WAR [currently in concepts, beliefs, and desired actions].
Both parties seem to have liberal, conservative, and right/left wing radicals, but the Republican Party seems consumed with Right Wing Crazy Radical. I am unsure if the Party is leading the people in their leanings or if the people are leading the Party, but either way, only the middle Conservative group should be in control of the Party to be called a Conservative Party.
The Right Wing Radicals should form their own party and call it Radicals or Fascist, but not Patriotic or American, or anything that reflects that as they are extreme.
Liz Cheney serves as Wyoming’s lone member of Congress in the U.S. House of Representatives. Although she is a woman and not likely to win an election in 2024, she seems to be the best Conservative possible candidate. Too bad she is not a man and then maybe people would back her more often.
The current problems of the USA are not Biden’s fault in any way. Fault can be placed at the hands of unmasked, not vaccinated Americans, Trump for his hinderance of many things related to health, economy, and his just causing unnecessary chaos and it can also be placed at the fault at Congress for their inaction, inefficiency, and non-functioning behaviors. At least Biden is trying, whereas these others are not even trying to do their jobs as lawmakers or citizens.
I do not say this as affiliated with any party as the Republican Party is a mess these days and I am very disappointed in them as they have let me down.
The fact that the guilty republicans are not being or going to be punished for their part in Jan 6 and beyond behavior to destroy the American way of life and trying to prohibit people who have a right to vote from voting is a great threat to every American and America itself. The American System is capable of working for America. However, the people who run it are not using the system as it was intended and thus it is not working well. America has a three part system: Congress, President, and Supreme Court. However, it seems that these groups are not separate and being manipulated by the other groups to a non-functioning status. There is a three part system for a reason: they are to keep each in check.
America does not need a dictatorship by a person or a group.

Evangelicals believe in the centrality of the conversion or “born again” experience in receiving salvation, in the authority of the Bible as God‘s revelation to humanity, and in spreading the Christian message.
Some GOP candidates are not following or advocating the American System of Voting and thus against the American System. No GOP candidate should be elected from now on if they are in the group who advocates anti-American policies for the American Voter! No matter how good or bad in political issues they may be, they are not advocating the American way.
[By the way I am a disenchanted Republican who left the party affiliation due to their shenanigans.]

{Trump is clearly stating that Christian groups are supporting him and extensively within his “base”. I am clearly stating that you cannot be a practicing Christian and be in his “base” supporting and abetting him and his cohorts in this behavior. At least other governmental groups do not flaunt their “shadowed” bad behavior publicly [on purpose] as good and appropriate behavior. I know all governmental groups lie to the public on many occasions, but Trump and his cohorts are way over the line and flaunting such in our faces as good. [I am a Christian and find this offensive.]
SUCH SO CALLED CHRISTIAN GROUPS MUST CHOOSE BETWEEN GOD OR TRUMP as God and Trump are not compatible.
A Christian Group should have righteous indignation regarding this kind of behavior and not aid and support.
It should be harder to get party membership Democratic or Republican or Other. Anyone can have a party membership without screening. To join a party, a person should at least agree with most of the party’s positions on issues and policies. A person will never agree with all such positions on issues and policies, but the GOP membership right now is mostly [it seems] not conservative or near right/left of conservative. Extreme right or left members should join a party more in line with their concepts and not destroy an existing party that is not extreme or radical. Such extremists or radicals should not be allowed to infiltrate [evenly slowly over years] a party and destroy its basic stance on issues and policies or their methods.
The Republicans are wrong is wanting to limit voting by early voting and mail-in voting as well as drop boxes and such. Voting should be made as easy as possible for registered voters. Voters should be screened when they register as well as when they show up to vote [id or drivers license]. If voting by mail in or drop box, then their signature should be all that is required on the pre-mailed to them ballot system.
There should not be lines down the blocks of the entrance to voting places and especially in a pandemic period of time. Again voting is our right and we should not have to go through so much to vote. WE WANT PEOPLE TO VOTE and as many as possible of registered voters should be able to vote. WE WANT MINORITIES TO VOTE TOO! No one should be looking for ways to stop registered people from voting! Just because they do not vote or you does not mean they should not vote.
There is a Trumpian Party or a Radical Party or an Extremist Party, but there is no Republican Party at this point of time or in the for see-able future especially with Trump involved. Maybe someone could create a new CONSERVATIVE party.
Also, seeking Revenge is childish particularly for such reasons as Trump plans to do so. It conflicts with Christian required behavior. It is just wrong in any context.
If Trump creates a new party [which I do not believe he would], it should NOT be called Patriots or any derivative but be called something more appropriately in line with what it would be …. like: Radical, Extremist, Erratic, Irrational, Manic, Corybantic. In no definition is his based party patriotic. Even if some of the so called Republican party supported policies are worth considering, his party has lost any functional policy concepts as they are buried in bad behavior.
In combination with my tracking worksheet form these help me. This is my current method. Different people use different methods of handling their diabetes. I am new to it all so this helps me. Everyone has to figure out what works for them. Also, I use pencil in case I need to change something. Also I do the count at the end of the day for the tracking summary.
Update Note: American Diabetes Association lists 13-16 carbs [15 grams each appx] as normal daily intake of carbs on a 2000 calorie diet. [I assume 9-11 to be normal for a woman who is sedate.]
I use these two forms and they help me, but my Sister uses index cards on her refrigerator instead of a form. Everyone has their own way of doing it.
I am using the Univ of Ark [Diabetes Division] Food Exchange List with the American Diabetes Assoc My Plate Pamphlet of allowed foods along with Weight Watchers Point System of 2010 for references of above categories and monitoring of food and carbs/nutrition.

On Feb 23, 2020, I was diagnosed with diabetes 2 and have to learn how to monitor it along with weight loss monitoring. Upon researching it and talking with a nutritionist, I have found it best to tailor my monitoring to myself as a unique person [all people are unique].
Upon being introduced to the “My Plate”, I found it confusing and very unhelpful. It might help if you only ate one meal a day, but that for me is impossible. It simply did not work for 3 meals with 3-4 carbs a day especially when milk, fruits, and some vegetables are carbs as well as some sauces and condiments [bbq and sweet & sour sauce as well as pancake syrup].
Therefore, I looked at a lot of pyramids and exchange lists. They pretty much include much of the same stuff, but have some differences. Therefore, I decided to tailor my diabetic monitoring specifically for myself. To add to the difficulty, I have to loose a lot of weight and am sedate in life style. I have not explored exercises tailored to me yet. That is next.
Research on diabetes has explained to me that each person is different and what works for one person might not work for another person. It is like taking a course of study [Biologic Chemistry] in college. If anyone says it is simple and just do what a nutritionist says [or your doctor], they are wrong. It is not easy, especially, if you cook for one person and don’t actually cook, but mostly microwave.
Commitment, discipline, and consistency are not simple to learn either especially when you are use to eating foods as you want when you want. Also, if you get limited foods, you want them to taste good. The sauces cost you carbs or other food groups. IT IS NOT SIMPLE or EASY!
By the way, I have to watch consumption of soybean, garlic, and salt. Grapefruit is out because it conflicts with other medications. Salt is also bad because of water retention and blood pressure let alone it retains body weight when too much salt is used.
