God may be using Trump regarding America but not in the way Trump or his followers think. God is probably using Trump to teach Americans and the World a lesson. The lesson being not to depend on such a person as Trump to lead America, not to blindly follow anyone, not to be tricked into believing false concepts and rhetoric, and not to consider someone or something good that is bad. Trump is not “of” or “for” God.
