The Senate, House of Representatives, and Supreme Court are not capable of doing their jobs let alone investigating themselves and bring charges, hearing charges, running a court on such charges, or determining punishment for such charges. If they [which they are not exhibiting such capabilities] cannot follow laws, how can they be trusted to make them. By them [I am sure there may be some who are capable], I am referring to those who break the laws of the land and prefer to play politics instead of doing their jobs.
There should be an outside investigation [no party affiliation] by some established group that can competently do so and bring charges to a non-party group to judge and handle the task including punishment. This refers to the Senate and House members who are playing politics instead of doing their job and actively causing trouble in America.
It has already been proven that an impeachment cannot be completed on a bases of right or wrong [legal/non-legal] behaviors, but are completed on politics only.
If everyday people have to follow the laws, then the Senate, House, and Supreme Court should do so as well and be punished if they do not do so.
The Supreme Court is suppose to process cases based on laws and not political concepts of the party that appointed them. If they cannot do so, they should step down and someone else do the task. It should not matter how many Republican, Democrat, or Independent Judges there are on the Court, they should ALL be doing their job based on the law only!
