Why is Trump always trying or successfully circumventing Congress and the Supreme Court. Both of the groups should be keeping Trump under control and within his Presidential powers.
Congress is suppose to vote on supporting a war even after an emergency response initiative. The President is not suppose to be able to have a longer war without the support of Congress and funding initiated there from.
