When a bully or bad person threatens something if you do not do something they want you to do, they have already decided to do it and eventually will do it.  If you comply with a bully or bad person who threatens you to get you to do something, they will get you to comply with that and threaten you again for the next thing they want you to do. On and on it will go until there comes a time they will just do what they have threatened in the first place because they actually want to to it from the start.  You cannot appease a bully, terrorist, or other bad person who threatens to get what they want.  Also, eventually whether you want to appease them, there comes a time when you cannot do so as they just push too far.

A bad person, terrorist, or bully cannot be a friend, then an enemy, and then a friend.  As they say a “snake” is a snake and they will act as such because that is their nature. Putin is a terrorist and bully.  His governing style is mistreatment of his own people and soldiers.

Russia keeps blaming others for a potential World War III, but Russia is solely to blame if there is a World War III over the Ukraine events.  Russia should NOT have invaded the Ukraine and does NOT have the right to tell anyone to do anything especially regarding joining NATO, arming the Ukraine, or anything else.  Russia alone decided to invade the Ukraine to steel its land, people, and resources.

I hope “History” records the Ukraine/Russia invasion as Russia’s fault even if there are no people left on Earth.  Someone should record the events on gold tablets and preserve them somehow.  As far as I can see Russia is the only one threatening Nukes use in any form.

Russia is at fault for the Ukraine War and all related events, past, present, and future and even the daisy chained ones to come.

Voting is EVERY USA Citizen’s right!

  • People need to help people get Federal/State — id/license with proof of citizenship and identity so citizens can vote if they desire to do so.
  • People need to help people get registered at their local registration office [getting proofs, filling out paperwork, transportation to/from sites, encouragement to endure process].
  • People need to get people either to the polling location or help with properly and complete filling out o mail-in voting paperwork [and submission of such in proper location/method].
  • People need to help people who are in long lines to vote [place holding for bathroom breaks, sitting capability, water on a hot day, warmth on a cold day].
  • There needs to be MORE VOTING LOCATIONS that are safe for workers and voters.  The drop boxes could be placed in more secure and monitored areas instead of removal of such.
  • People need encouragement to vote not discouragement, threats, or more inconvenience or blockage to vote.

Whether you are democratic, independent, republican, or some other group, you should have the right to vote if you are a citizen of the USA [born or naturalized].  You should have the right to be heard and considered, but not in violence, extreme aggressiveness, threats, or destruction.

The USA should improve regarding voting, not regress or continue to do those things of the past where protests are too aggressive, violent, or destructive.

Democratic, independent, republican, and other groups should be active in getting ALL groups out to vote in our next elections either local, mid-term, or Federal elections!

Let us ALL get out to vote [or mail-in] for all our upcoming elections and help others to do the same.  Let us have some sane, calm, and stable people running our country whether they are democratic, republican, or some other group.  The right or left of any party should not be in control of our country, but do deserve to be heard and considered.

If Trump were to be removed from the head of the GOP and leading Americans who follow him, there would still be Trumpians and Trump Wantabes who would STILL have the same behavior, concepts, and aggression. The result of their actions would still be the same destruction and danger to democracy as we know it.

This fact does not remove responsibility from Trump for his actions and creation/pushing of lies which enhance the aggression of his followers.

  • Destruction of property that is not yours or interfering with the operation of any system. [access to property or business, access to intersections or locations, vandalism, interference with normal operation of established functions]
  • Taking away other peoples rights and/or disregard for others rights.

 

By supporting Trump and his cohorts, you are aiding and abetting him/them in the above behavior
and are therefore  active participants in such behaviors.

 

You are supporting and following Trump and NOT God or family values !

{Trump is clearly stating that Christian groups are supporting him and extensively within his “base”.  I am clearly stating that you cannot be a practicing Christian and be in his “base” supporting and abetting him and his cohorts in this behavior.  At least other governmental groups do not flaunt their “shadowed” bad behavior publicly [on purpose] as good and appropriate behavior.  I know all governmental groups lie to the public on many occasions, but Trump and his cohorts are way over the line and flaunting such in our faces as good.  [I am a Christian and find this offensive.]

It should be harder to get party membership Democratic or Republican or Other.  Anyone can have a party membership without screening.  To join a party, a person should at least agree with most of the party’s positions on issues and policies.   A person will never agree with all such positions on issues and policies, but the GOP membership right now is mostly [it seems] not conservative or near right/left of conservative.  Extreme right or left members should join a party more in line with their concepts and not destroy an existing party that is not extreme or radical.  Such extremists or radicals should not be allowed to infiltrate [evenly slowly over years] a party and destroy its basic stance on issues and policies or their methods.

The Republicans are wrong is wanting to limit voting by early voting and mail-in voting as well as drop boxes and such.  Voting should be made as easy as possible for registered voters.  Voters should be screened when they register as well as when they show up to vote [id or drivers license].  If voting by mail in or drop box, then their signature should be all that is required on the pre-mailed to them ballot system.

There should not be lines down the blocks of the entrance to voting places and especially in a pandemic period of time.   Again voting is our right and we should not have to go through so much to vote.  WE WANT PEOPLE TO VOTE and as many as possible of registered voters should be able to vote.  WE WANT MINORITIES TO VOTE TOO!  No one should be looking for ways to stop registered people from voting!  Just because they do not vote or you does not mean they should not vote.

When I was 8 yrs old, saved through Jesus Christ and baptized at the Baptist Bible Camp on Lamoka Lake in NY when I was 9 yrs old.  Throughout my youth, I was involved with the Baptist Church.  We went to Revival Meetings, Youth for Christ, Wednesday Prayer Meeting, Sunday Night Youth Group, and monthly Christian skating in Elmira.  I also was in a youth group at the Methodist Church.  The group was like girl scouts only with Christian emphasis.  I played the recorder flute as a kid in that group. Each Summer, I attended Daily Vacation Bible School and went to Lakoka Baptist Camp for Kids. Also, attended many Church holiday parties and Fellowship Dinners, which I enjoyed and remember.

Now, I am a Scripture based Christian as I am too old, handicapped and sickly to attend any church.  Grandma Cook had me investigate other religions before she would let me commit to anything.  Since graduating high school, I have attended many other Christian denominations.  I consider myself now to be and independent Christian based on Scripture – no actual denomination any more.  In my mid-years 20s-60s, I stayed Christian, but backslid a bit while trying to fit into the World socially.  I don’t know why it all happened that I was trying to be something I was not, but it happened.  God used the consequences for my good, however.  I am not almost 80 [in 2026] and have been looking back over my life.  I know God forgave me, but it is harder to forgive one’s self for being so stupid.

I am a Corning Community College graduate with AAS degree in Information and Technology in 1986.

Over many many years, I have worked in many different types of work from housecleaning/babysitting, store clerk, factory worker, restaurant cook, waitress, computer operator, stenographer, secretary, office clerk, information management. At one time, I could program in RPG, Cobol, Assembly, etc. [all long ago]. Currently, consider myself a Comprotec Commixionist [which is a mixture of Computing, programming, website design, typist, clerical, data entry, technical secretary, administrative sectretary, etc. I am capable of some home computer repair and updating for laptops and desktops.] Now do most such projects from a recliner and a laptop desk with a side rolling bookcase with printer, scanner, and other accessories. Currently, creating and operating several online websites, helping family with maintaining and troubleshooting their computer operations. Almost forgot, taught pre-school Sunday School in my teens and Girl Scout Leader and local Coordinator in the 1970’s.

My high school dream job was to be a Librarian at the Reference Desk helping people find information.  Soon AI will be doing that, but I never did it.  It took a lot of education and my family was NOT into education.  Stupidly, I did not think to work my way through higher education and realize my dream job.  My family [old school concepts] though women just worked until they married and a man then took car of her and she just ran the house and children.  Women were not to have money put into education only men were.  Again, I was stupid back then, too.

I took tests at Corning Community College.  It related a field of religious education [lower grades] or other elementary education jobs.  I did have a connection with preschool through high school aged kids.  Now, however, I do not due to age and handicapped.  Kids are energetic.

Health has always had issues: thyroid [low], diabetic, weight [thin or obese depending on what decade], liver transplant [and low immune system], car accident [years ago] that left me with walking problems, neck problems [since childhood] that worsen over the years], and others. Doing pretty good anyway though!

Have a cat [always had cats and small dogs through the years].

I am a “country girl” at heart and my sister is a “city girl” at heart.  I loved being at my Grandmother Cook’s farm, in younger years.  I have a connection with animals and the Earth itself.   The “owl” is my spirit guide.  However, the Holy Spirit over rules it.  I prefer being down to Earth and being defined by simple things even in clothing.  I am allergic to many products so that plays into makeup and clothing.  I am not into career climbing, being important, controlling things or others, manipulation for my own benefit, the concepts of business [I just want to do my best job wherever I am at or doing.], being rich, having people respect me [I look to God for acceptance.], or being popular in society.  I am just me, whatever that is.

My Grandmother, Elsie Cook, died at 84 many years ago. She had 13 children and worked at the County Farm [as an employee] in Bath for years. She taught young children and teenagers christian training through the Caton Baptist Church. She was a fantastic cook.
