If Trump does not know if he has to uphold the Constitution and/or that all USA citizens have a right to due process [and even non-citizens], then Trump should not be President.
It seems funny that there is talk of impeachment for tariffs, but not for disregard for the rights of citizens [and voters] or upholding the Constitution. Apparently, only money and the economy are of interest to people.
Actually, Trump should be legally tried for treason, but no one even considers that. We all know he has willingly accepted help from a foreign country and is infatuated with Putin and the Russian power government. He covets the power of Putin and emulates many of Putin’s handling of conceived enemies.
Maybe Trump should change the Country’s name to MAGA NATION instead of America as America only exists because the Constitution was created and fought for. We non-MAGA citizens would have to live in areas of other non-MAGA citizens and create a new nation separate from the MAGA NATION and the military would need to be separated into two as well.
The Founding Fathers thought they had made a system that this could not happen by having three parts of the government to keep any one part from becoming too powerful over the other parts. However, their system only works if the three parts of government DO THEIR JOBS.
Maybe, we non-MAGA citizens need a new civil war to re-establish America as the Founding Fathers intended it.

Even if a past President deported people without due process of law, it is NOT ok to do so. Two wrongs do not make a right. If someone does something wrong and gets away with it, it does not make it OK to do nor does it become a right to do so.
