Messing with Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Snap [Food Stamps], HUD, etc is just a way to murder many thousands of older people and get away with it. During their deaths, they will suffer as well. Some will become homeless, food less, medicine less, medical treatment less, etc. Trump and Musk know this will happen and they don’t care as long as they get away with it.
Not everyone has family to take them in and support them. Not all family is willing to take on the older Americans who need help and some just can do it for some reason.
In any case, people of age and even younger will die. It is a kind of murder.
