As a consumer and human, it is more logical to choose good [or as best as possible] air quality over cost of any produced product. It would be better to have good air quality and do without a particular product even if one needed it. It is not a good choice to choose lung problems, cancer, or other health problems in order to have a cheaper product produced.
Trump should know that if one cannot breathe or if one is dead, the product being cheaper is a stupid choice.
