Trump should be impeached [on health issues and cognitive functioning], retired, and placed in ankle cuffs with home arrest, as well as under supervision and security at Trump Tower or at Mar-a-Lago for the duration of his life on Earth. He should still have the Secret Service people, Presidential pension, and Medical care. He should not have any influence on American politics in any manner.
It is no disgrace for the above to happen, as he has just declined in health. The ankle cuffs are for the offences he has committed. He should be able to keep most of his money to get him through the end of his life. When he dies, he should get a Presidential funeral. If the ankle cuffs and home arrest are not enough [he does not comply], then a club-med type prison should be used. He should pay all fines and court-ordered costs.
Hopefully, whoever takes over as President can and will restore America to stability.
