ICE is responsible for the shooting and the woman’s death, as ICE should not be in any state doing what they are doing in the way they are doing it.
Trump and his ICE agents are in the wrong as they should be working within the law of the states and the Federal government, and they are not. Each detained person should be given legal counsel and a court appearance to determine if they are truly a problem and to be deported or detained.
Also, all people should be treated kindly and with respect even if they are taken into custody.
