I don’t understand the elephant in a china shop of government to save/cut money from government and agencies — when Trump is spending money needlessly on parades, golf trips, and many other areas instead of taking care of the country’s citizens’ needs for food, health, safety, environment, needless investigations based in the past, giving money to Jan 6 terrorist & families, cutting taxes on rich, needless legal expenses pursuing revenge for perceived injuries to Trump in the past as well as present anti-Trump rhetoric, etc.
It sounds [from CNN] that Trump is not getting a gift from Arabia but is purchasing with US gov’t money a 400 Million Jet that is a bit more luxury than he needs to do his job. Trump is also wasting a lot of needless money on deportation when he could do so in a cheaper and more organized manner without ignoring their rights to due law system.
Trump is saving money in one place and squandering it in another. [spending needlessly millions of dollars]
What is Trump spending the savings on? Why if we are saving trillions of dollars eventually, does the gov’t need to borrow 4 trillion dollars and how is it going to be spent? Why get rid of taxes and the IRS and have Tariffs instead and need to borrow 4 trillion dollars? Why is Trump investing in foreign projects?
The government is not a business, it is to govern the Country. Thus, services are necessary for its citizens well being.
If Trump, Congress, and the Supreme Court cannot govern the Country without borrowing 4 trillion dollars and eliminating needed services and staff, then we need new members for each part of the government.
