Nonconfidence refers to a lack of trust, faith, or support in a person or group.\u00a0\u00a0<\/mark><\/p>\n

Constitutional Amendment – Provides for the removal from office of the President of the United States upon the adoption of a Resolution of No Confidence by the Congress.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Whatever it takes:\u00a0 Trump and MAGA should be eliminated from American government as soon as possible.\u00a0 The USA cannot survive the completion of Trumps term with him running it.<\/p>\n

The Vice President<\/a> and a majority of the Cabinet<\/a> (or another body Congress designates) can declare a President unable to perform their duties under Section 4 of the 25th Amendment, immediately making the VP Acting President. <\/span>If the President contests this, Congress decides, requiring a two-thirds vote in both chambers to keep the VP as Acting President; <\/span>otherwise, the President resumes power.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
